Obverse: A short set of E-W die scratches shows on the lapel. A die crack runs over VDB. a die scratch runs NE from the top right corner of the Y of LIBERTY. NW-SE die scratches show above the head. Reverse is LDS.
Reverse: A couple of die cracks with chips show on the T of CENT. A small but heavy die dot shows between the base of the letters ES of STATES.
