Obverse: Die dot behind head and a couple of fading die scratches Below G of GOD. Die gouges around mintmark area.

Reverse: First Reverse. Die crack on left wheat lines. Die chips on T of CENTS on upright and crossbar. Die gouges in T of UNITED and lower part of A on AMERICA. Reverse is LDS.
