Obverse: Die scratches near the rim from below the L in LIBERTY to under the bust.

Reverse: N-S die scratches through the ON of ONE with a strong scratch from the O of ONE to the E of CENT. A die crack from the middle right wheat ear to the rim. Reverse is MDS.
