Obverse: Crossing die scratches under 19 in date. ESE die scratch from upper E in WE. Curved die scratch under GOD. Pair of N/S die scratches between Y in LIBERTY and back of bust. Reverse is MDS.

Reverse: Die gouge above E in CENT. Generally N/S die scratches from T in CENT through TES in STATES. Die crack in lower right wheat stalk. Die cracks in left wheat stalk west of U in UNITED.
