Obverse: Light E/W die scratches on lapel. NW die scratch from back of shoulder. Short die scratches from D in GOD and W in WE. WNW die scratch from eye. ESE die scratch under beard. Reverse is EDS

Reverse: Die scratch through dot between E and P in PLURIBUS. Die gouge on bottom of second U in PLURIBUS. SE die scratch through first T in STATES. N/S die scratch in C of CENT.
