Obverse: Light SSW die scratches from back of neck. Concentric scratches on temple and cheek. Reverse is LMDS

Reverse: Light NE die scratch from middle E in ONE. Light N/S die scratches connect E in ONE to T in CENT. Die crack on T in CENT. Heavy E/W die scratch in top of first S in STATES. ENE die scratches under U in UNITED.
