Obverse: A die gouge near the rim to the southeast of the 6 in the date and above WE TRUST. Light NW-SE die scratches in the field behind the neck.

Reverse: A short NE-SW die scratch from the bottom of the T in CENT. A die crack and chip runs NE from the center right wheat stalk to the rim. Reverse is MDS
