Obverse: Light die scratches run NW-SE above and thru the 19 of the date. A die gouge above and below the L of LIBERTY. A short die scratch between the T and R of TRUST.
Reverse: A short die scratch protrudes from the upper left wheat tip. Parallel die scratches run SW from the T in CENT.
