Obverse: Two large die cracks can be found on the head and forehead. A deep die scratch can be seen behind the hair on the upper neck. Die gouges above the collar on the neck.

Reverse: Remnants of an old die clash can be seen on the top of the right vertical bar of the N in CENT. Die scratches can be seen running SSE from the U in United. A die dot can be found under the 2nd U of Pluribus.
