Obverse: Die gouges can be seen at the right front base of the bust. A die crack runs through the upper hair. Die gouges can be seen below the first T of TRUST. A die crack runs down the rear of the shoulder and across the base of the shoulder.
Reverse: A large die chip can be found near the top of the left wheat grains. Die scratches through the U of UNITED.
