Die Notes

Three punchings are visible one on top of the other as a tripled lower serif. The mint mark on this variety is very thick from the extra punchings.

Obverse: Broken lower B of LIBERTY, Light die crack over ear, an oddly shaped die gouge shows on the lower coat tot he right of the shoulder fold.

Reverse: Die chip in wheat grains, long N-S die polish line from T of CENT through A of STATES and C of AMERICA.
