Obverse: SSW die scratch between 19 in date. SSW die scratch through Y in LIBERTY. /S die scratches in the area in front of face. SE die gouge from chin. Reverse is MDS.

Reverse: Heavy die gouge through E PL in E PLURIBUS. E/W die scratches from left wheat. Die gouge from dot to first U in UNUM. N/S die scratches from right wheat. Generally N to S die scratches from CA in AMERICA to right wheat stem. Two E to W die scratches between UN in UNITED. E/W die scratch under C in CENT.
