Obverse: A die scratch between the rim and the top of TRUST. A die gouge on the lower bust to the west of the mintmark. Die scratches next to the eye.

Reverse: A die scratch from the bottom of the U of UNITED to the top of the O of ONE. Light N-S die scratches under the horizontal crossbar of the T of CENT. Reverse is MDS.
