Obverse: Very Light die scratches in front of the forehead almost faded away.
Reverse: Circular lathe marks around ON of ONE. Old die scratches near RIC of AMERICA. Die scratches in the corners of Bays 1,2 & 3. Die scratches through RIB & NUM of the motto. Reverse is LDS.
