Obverse: Die gouge on 9 in date. Numerous die scratches run N-S through LIBERTY. NNE die scratch above LI in LIBERTY. Die gouge on upper O in GOD. Reverse is MDS

Reverse: Die scratch connects A in STATES to P in PLURIBUS. A die crack and chip on the right memorial cornice. Die scratches inside the O of ONE. Reverse is MDS.
