Obverse: Heavy die gouge on jacket. Die crack on shoulder. NNE die scratch from tip of T in LIBERTY. Die crack across forehead. NNE die scratches from nose. Heavy die gouge in field east of bust. Reverse is MDS
Reverse: Two ESE die scratches coming from right eave to R in AMERICA. Die break on column 11 and 12. SSE die scratches from left base toward N in ONE.
