Obverse: Die clash from lapel through 19 in date. NNE die scratches through 195 in date. Light concentric die scratches on jacket. Die clash behind hair. N/S die scratch on back of neck and in area between neck and RTY in LIBERTY. Die clash in neck and in front of beard. N/S die scratches from bridge of nose. Reverse is MDS

Reverse: NW/SE die scratches through EPU. Die clash from left cornice. Die clash in bays 6,7 and 8. ESE die scratches through ONE CENT.
