Obverse: Concentric die scratches cover most of obverse, see photos for exact configuration. SSE die scratch just under TY in LIBERTY. N/S die scratch in front of forehead. E/W die scratch in hair. Reverse is MDS

Reverse: E/W die scratches through STATES. Short heavy die scratch from back of E in STATES. NW die scratch through right roof. SSW die scratches from base to N in CENT. Die scratch connects lower CE in CENT.
