Obverse: Light die scratches run NW from the 1 and the 9 of the date. Two small die gouges run NW-SE and show just to the right of the Y in LIBERTY.

Reverse: A small die gouge protrudes from the center right leg of the N in UNITED. A small NW-SE die gouge shows in the field to the right of the right cornice. A small die gouge is in the top portion of the roof to the SE of the first dot before UNUM. Reverse is MDS.
