Obverse: Horizontal die scratches through the date. A die gouge at the rim to the SE of the 8 of the date. A die scratch runs SW from the bottom of the Y of LIBERTY.

Reverse: NW-SE die scratches in the center memorial bays. Reverse is MDS.
