Obverse: Light die scratches run from the rim through the RU of TRUST and to the top of the head. Two parallel NE-SW die scratches show in the field below the T of LIBERTY. Light NW-SE die scratches run through the 1 and 9 of the date to the mintmark.

Reverse: Heavy E-W Die scratches through E of ONE and C of CENT. A long die scratch from the left horizontal crossbar of the first T in STATES to the E of the motto. Reverse is MDS.
