Obverse: Numerous N-S die scratches show behind the head. A die dent shows on the top of the head beneath GOD.

Reverse: Numerous die scratches show all over the reverse. A heavy die gouge shows below the first S of STATES. Another heavy die gouge shows between the I and T of UNITED. Reverse is MDS.
