Obverse: N-S die scratches in the throat area. A die scratch runs south from the bottom of the R in LIBERTY.

Reverse: Heavier, parallel die scratches from the bottom of the U of UNITED. A heavy die scratch through the dot and UN of UNUM. Additional heavy die scratches to the SE of the R of PLURIBUS. Numerous NW-SE die scratches in the last 3 memorial bays. Reverse is MDS.
