Obverse: Strong E-W die scratches between and through GOD WE. A die gouge can be seen between the rim and the bust to the west of VDB.
Reverse: A short light die scratch in the bottom of the second S of STATES. Light die crack and chips on columns 12. Reverse is MDS.
