Obverse: Heavy die scratches run NE-SW through the date and LIBERTY. E-W die scratches through IN.
Reverse: A heavy die scratch on the inside of the O of ONE. A die crack shows on the verticle bar of the T in CENT with a heavy die scratch through the left horizontal crossbar. Numerous NW-SE die scratches in the last two memorial bays. Reverse is MDS.
