Obverse: Numerous die scratches throughout the obverse. More notable are those through the date, under the chin, and a southwest running pair of scratches through the RT of LIBERTY.

Reverse: Multi directional die scratches throughout the reverse. Excessive polishing nearly obliterates the statue in the center bay. Reverse is LDS.
