The secondary mintmark becomes weaker in this RPM through die use. This does affect the value of the later die state specimens somewhat. Old CPG#12.3

- The secondary S mint mark shows very clearly rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise
- What is apparently a die scratch or die dot shows to the southwest of the mint mark close to the vest
- A die crack shows outside the right wheat grains toward the rim
