Obverse: Light E/W die scratch through 19 in date. Die gouge on lower jacket. Die gouge above VDB. A series of light die scratches run SW from the TY of LIBERTY. Die scratches near the rim to the left and right of IN. N/S die scratches under nose. Reverse is MDS

Reverse: Light NW-SE die scratches inside the C of CENT though UNI of UNITED. Crossing die scratches between wheat stems. Light E/W die scratch between E in ONE and M in UNUM. Reverse is MDS.
