Obverse: A die scratch parallels the front of the vest inside the vest just beneath the level of the mint mark. A light die crack shows on the lapel beneath the buttonhole. A curvy die gouge shows in the recess at the bottom of the bust between the lapel and the edge of the coat.

Reverse: Two die scratches run NE-SW through the center of the design between the N in CENT and the D in UNITED.
