Obverse: Die scratches and weak gouges show in the shoulder fold. Heavy die scratch north from the center of the Y of LIBERTY. Large die dot shows between the N of IN and the back of the head.

Reverse: Die chip and crack in the right wheat. Small die gouge on the right side of the U of PLURIBUS. Reverse is LMDS.
