Obverse: A die scratch extends eastward from the tip of the nose. Other lighter die scratches in the area run the same direction. Concentric die scratches show inside the ear. A die gouge shows above the hair below and between WE and TRUST. Light NW-SE die scratches show in the date/mintmark area.

Reverse: A strong die scratch runs northwest from the upper left tip of the E of ONE. A heavy but short die gouge shows to the west of the C of CENT. Reverse is EMDS.
