Obverse: An old die scratch runs NE from the Y in LIBERTY. Die gouge under E in WE. Die scratches protrude from the head, south of the first T in TRUST. Reverse is MDS
Reverse: Die gouge through P in PLURIBUS. Die clash from O in OF to tip of left wheat stem. Small die gouge inside last A in AMERICA.
