Obverse: NW/SE die scratches through RTY in LIBERTY. Heavy SW die gouge next to mintmark. Die gouges from shoulder fold across jacket. Small die scratch from G in GOD. Reverse is MDS

Reverse: SSE /NNW die scratches through O in ONE. Die gouge in N of UNUM.
