Obverse: A heavy N-S die scratch shows in the hair south of the W in WE. NW-SE dis scratches show in LIBERTY. Of note is an especially strong die scratch running southeast from the upper R.
Reverse: Scattered N-S die scratches show in the upper left quadrant of the design. Reverse is MDS.
