Obverse: A few die scratches run north from the RTY of LIBERTY, the heaviest of which runs from the center of the T. A number of die scratches run N-S through the 19 of the date and in front of the face.

Reverse: Reverse is VLDS. Many details on the reverse are weak due to die state.
