Obverse: Light remnants of N-S die scratches show in the field behind the neck. E-W die scratches show on the coat and lapel. Deep concentric die gouges show underneath the bust at the rim.
Reverse: Reverse is VLDS and shows strong die deterioration doubling at the top of the motto.
