Die Notes

Very similar in appearance to RPMs 002 and 006, this variety shows an extra upper serif that sticks out at an angle from the upper vertical bar of the primary mintmark. The lower serif suffers from a damaged mintmark punch.

Obverse: A light die crack on the tail of the 9 in the date. A deep die gouge shows below the truncation of the bust. NNE die scratch from forehead. Reverse is MDS

Reverse: Die dot between IB in PLURIBUS. Light SE die scratch from middle leg of E in ONE. SSE die scratch from bottom of C in CENT
