Obverse: A die crack and wing shaped chip from the tip of the 9 of the date to the mint mark. A light die crack over the VDB.

Reverse: Die chips on both the horizontal and vertical bars of the T in CENT. A light die scratch through the E of ONE and another through the O of OF. Reverse is MDS.
