Obverse: A very heavy die clash leaving both dies with damage. Fading die scratch from vest through mintmark to the tip of the 3 in the date. Hard die wear on eye and bridge of the nose leaving a strong scratch pattern with a deterioration on bridge of nose. Light die scratches under LIBERTY and behind bust.

Reverse: Die scratches in mainly NW-SE pattern with a few in different directions. Die scratches inside UNUM and also weakness on E of lower left of ONE. Die clash out line in C on CENT area still visible with die scratches from left wheat grains area. Die scratches between NT on CENT and heavy die deterioration on the N upper right of N. Reverse is MDS.
