Obverse: Heavy NNE die gouge above 8 in date. Die scratches run NE from the last 3 letters of LIBERTY. A myriad of die cracks show on the head above the ear, across brow and jaw. Reverse is LDS

Reverse: A die break shows in the lower right wheat ear. Old E-W die scratches show in the central left region of the design around the C of CENT and the UNI of UNITED. SE die scratch under N in ONE. Die break on vertical bar of T in CENT.
