Obverse: Die crack runs N-S on the head. SE die scratch from back of neck. N/S die scratches on temple and cheek. Reverse is MDS

Reverse: NW-SE die scratches cover much of reverse, see photos for exact configuration. Heavy SE die scratch in O of ONE. Heavy die scratches run through the C of cent. A die crack on the T of CENT. A series of die scratches into the top of the T in CENT.
