Obverse: NW die scratches through 196of date. Concentric die gouges between VDB and rim. NW die scratch from top of Y in LIBERTY. SSW die scratches under IN GOD. Die crack from hair to D in GOD. Reverse is MDS.

Reverse: NE die gouge from bay 1 through roof. Small die gouges in lower AM in AMERICA. Pair if ENE die scratches east of E in ONE
