Obverse: Heavy N-S die scratches show in the date and mintmark area. A die crack runs generally E-W across the head. Another die scratch runs NW-SE across the shoulder and lapel.
Reverse: A die break shows in the top of the E of CENT. Another die break shows on the outside edge of the upper left base. Reverse is LDS.
