Obverse: A large depression shows above the E of LIBERTY In later MDS a die break forms in the lower E of LIBERTY. A die scratch runs north from in-between the 9 and 6 of the date.
Reverse: A number of scattered E-W die scratches show on the reverse - see photographs for exact position. A die scratch runs SW-NE through bays 3 and 4 of the memorial. A die dot shows inside bay 4 as well. Reverse is MDS.
