Obverse: A large die break shows inside the upper 6 of the date. A die break shows inside the lower R of LIBERTY. A die gouge shows at the rim at K-3 (below the T of TRUST).

Reverse: A large depression shows at the right cornice. Die breaks show on the side of the left base and inside the upper O of ONE. Signs of old concentric die scratches show scattered around the reverse. Reverse is LMDS.
