Obverse: Numerous die scratches through date. NE die scratches lower lapel. N/E die scratches back of neck to Y in LIBERTY. Crossing die scratches through GOD. Crossing die scratches in front of nose. Reverse is EMDS

Reverse: Heavy ENE die gouge from F in OF. Numerous die scratches throughout area of E PLURIBUS UNUM. Light die crack right cornice. E/W die gouge upper bay 5 and 6. Numerous die scratches through ONE CENT.
