Obverse: SSW die scratch from 9 to lapel. Die dot between N of IN and back of hair. Reverse is LMDS

Reverse: N/S die scratches from left cornice area. SE die scratch from B in PLURIBUS. Die break along right cornice. Die crack on upper column 12. Die crack on upper E in CENT. Curved die scratch from base above O in ONE. N/S die scratches in bay 1.
