Obverse: SSE die scratches through LIBERTY. ENE die gouge on lapel. E/W and SE/NW die scratch connect 19 in date. SE die scratch in hair. Reverse is MDS

Reverse: E/W die scratches above PLURIBUS. Die scratch connects EN in CENT. Generally E/W die scratches through ONE. Die break on E in CENT.
