Obverse: Small die scratch south off 9 of date, die scratches through field directly under TRUST in front of profile. Long die crack over designers initials.

Reverse: die crack lower right wheat grain extending to rim, die crack left wheat grain from lower inside grains extending north into wheat stalks.
