Obverse: long die crack across forehead, long die crack along lower shoulder and arm pit, light polish lines under ear and possible die clash remnant under chin

Reverse: small die gouge in wheat grains at K-8, die crack extends from second U of PLURIBUS to the top of E on ONE, retained die crack right wheat to rim, die crack K-10 to left wheat.
