Die Notes

Minor doubling seen on the upper loop of the mintmark. On BU specimens the serifs may also show doubling. This is very similar in appearance and MM location as 1942S 1MM-014 and 1MM-019; however overlays confirm and slightly lower MM and completely different marker set.

Obverse: Faint die scratch under eye.

Reverse: Die crack from 5 O'clock extending from rim up to the middle of the right wheat grains, long die scratch starting at rim above N of UNUM extends south to second T of STATES.
